The Good Down Dog Club is a space where breath, movement, music, and mindfulness come together — sometimes to support a cause, always to support connection.

Our first event, Yoga for Palestine, raised over €3000 — a powerful beginning rooted in care, courage, and community. But we’re just getting started.

Downdog
Yes, it’s yoga (and probably the most iconic pose!). But it’s also a tribute to Zeus, the Dalmatian who’s always nearby doing his own version of downward dog.
He reminds us to stay playful, grounded, and fully present.
Club
Because we’re a community.
We practice together. We give together. We grow together. This is more than a yoga class — it’s a shared space for movement, meaning, and connection.
Yoga with Leia
Leia's teaching is rooted in presence, intention, and the belief that yoga is a practice of connection — to the body, to each other, and to what really matters. With comprehensive studies in the dharma with the beautiful Michael Stone and years of practice as a yoga therapist plus MSc studies in mindfulness and neuroscience from Kings College London, Leia could be mistaken as the sort of professor ready to peer up at you from behind a stack of papers and lecture sternly. But anyone who's been to Leia’s class will tell you that, though the learning is profound and the work hard, it is always fun.

CLASSES
Leia doesn‘t teach so much as imbue her students with understanding. One student described their new-found progress as "a little bit like magic". Leia believes it’s not so much by talking about the practice but being within it with the right energy that we make most progress. ​​
